On this day in lockdown, I felt a real sense of gratitude for the people within my life. This positivity presented me with the introspection I needed to recognise what is to come in life.
When caring for others regularly takes priority, it doesn't necessarily come naturally to concentrate on our own needs. While the current climate is far from certain, we must give our sanity a break to accommodate the disruptive changes that the pandemic has presented.
